Our story
Bellhouse Kitchens, based in Colchester, Essex, was founded by Wayne Bellhouse, who brings over 20 years of experience in the trade. After years of seeing customers struggle with poor-quality products and a lack of personalised service from big-name companies, Wayne knew there had to be a better way. He wanted to create a company that put the customer first, offering high-quality kitchens with a hands-on approach to customer care and aftercare. At Bellhouse Kitchens, we're dedicated to making the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and we are focused on delivering the best results for you.
Our journey
Starting out as a small family run business installing kitchens sold by the biggest names, we often saw the frustrations of customers. Not only by being misled by the salespeople in the showrooms with no experience or in-depth knowledge of kitchens and the installation process, but also their lack of forward thinking during and after the installation.
Knowing that customers deserved to be treated better, drove us to move away from fitting for other companies and to supplying a product and a service that not only is of superior quality, but allowed us to control the whole process, taking the pressure off our customers and making their projects an enjoyable and stress-free experience.
Supporting you
Our experience in guiding customers through the entire journey, from a simple kitchen makeover to a full kitchen renovation project, puts our customers minds at ease knowing that they will have one person to contact, who will coordinate the entire project while keeping them informed along the way.
No longer do you need to waste time travelling from showroom to showroom, looking through hundreds of brochures of the same products, to never actually see what you are going to get in your own home.
We offer the very latest design software that allows us to build your exact kitchen, add your exact products and then showcase this to you.
- No time wasted
- No costly design errors
- No guessing
